Galveston County Health District will offer free health screenings June 11 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Moore Memorial Public Library, 1701 9th Ave. North, Texas City.
Join us for free health screenings including blood pressure, blood sugar and oxygen level checks and COVID-19 vaccine and booster doses for those ages 18 and older. Learn more about Coastal Health & Wellness medical, dental and counseling services, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) services, immunizations, diabetes education classes, HIV/STD prevention, and apply for the County Indigent Health Care Program.
