Delivered by our team of certified Community Health Workers (CHWs), the 45 minute - 1 hour lesson is an interactive discussion on healthy eating habits and kid-friendly exercise ideas based on the MyPlate, the official symbol of the five food groups. 

With games, hands-on activities, mini quizzes, and lesson plans based on grade level, we invite your classroom to join us on a journey of Healthy Eating, Active Living!
