Our Immunization Services division protects the health and well-being of our community by providing children and adults protection against vaccine-preventable diseases.

Texas Vaccines for Children (TVFC)
To be eligible for the state-supplied TVFC program, a child must be 18 years of age or under and:
- On Medicaid* or,
- Be an American Indian or,
- Be an Alaskan Native or,
- Have no health insurance or,
- Have health insurance that does not pay for vaccines or,
- Have health insurance that only pays for certain vaccines. Eligible for those vaccines that are not covered.
There is an administration fee of $13 for one vaccine and $25 for two or more vaccines per visit. Administration fees may be waived due to inability to pay.
*No fees are collected from children’s Medicaid clients.

Adult Safety Net Vaccines (ASN)
To be eligible for the state-supplied ASN program, adults must be:
- Older than 19 years-old with no health insurance or,
- Anyone 19 years-old at time of service and completing a vaccine series that was started with TVFC.
There is an administration fee of $13 for one vaccine and $25 for two or more vaccines per visit. Administration fees may be waived due to inability to pay.

Private TB skin tests (self-pay)
- Must not have a previous positive TB skin test or TB treatment
- Must be able to return in 48-72 hours for the reading (Tests not offered on Thursdays because the reading would fall on Saturday or Sunday.)
Private vaccines (self-pay)
- We accept Blue Cross insurance for private vaccines
- We accept Medicare for private influenza and pneumonia vaccines
- Available to anyone not eligible for state-supplied vaccine and willing to pay out-of-pocket.
