Start slowly and know your limitations, but keep at it daily for a set amount of time, say, three weeks. Allow your body time to adjust to a new routine by resting, hydrating and stopping if you experience any pain. Any small daily change can build up quickly - whether negative or positive. So, choose positive! You can gain stamina with exercise for your body, heart and mind.
